becoming white

so it has started to become white
first i added a layer of silk organza - it's from a charity shop shawl, a bargain - i had unstitched most of the embroidery & sequins around the edges, leaving some on one corner - so i used that corner as the stitching reminded me of a frost edging - then i started stitching frost edged circles

i cut out the inner circles and moved them to the back

and added a frosty doyley

it's whispering it's way to becoming whiter

someone showed me this and it's just what i wanted to do here, so i will try .....

Popped over from Jude's forum because the one photo you shared was intriguing. Love the phrase "whispering its way to becoming whiter".

So much work in this Eva. I have been studying the close ups and admiring all the kantha and stitching. :0)
So easy on the eye.

Your stitching is beautiful Eva.
I just spent half an hour browsing your wonderful blog. I've had a few 'iffy days' and knowing all that stitching is going on just a mile away will help me pick up that needle again... Thankyou.
