the plan worked

for once i stuck to the plan
i'm pleased with the dove, i liked the original and think i've done a good job of reproducing it in stitch - noy something i usually attempt

now i'm going back to the doodle doiley - it needs more ..... there are spaces which need something, texture maybe - i think i will try some small scrap cloth embellishments .....

the cloth was hanging in front of a window when i took the photos, so the candy striped backing shows through - never mind
