a little outing

we had a lovely day out on tuesday - the weather was beautiful and i felt up to a little trip so we headed off to Midsommer Murder country for a nose around

it's almost too much of a cliche to say that the autumn colours were wonderful, but i get out to see them so infrequently that i really appreciate it - there were plenty of pheasant ambling around and when we got to the foot of the chilterns there were dozens of red kites, in 'cawston' they were gilding particularly low over the houses and streets so we got a really good look at some

the highlight of the trip was finding a branch of Maison Blanc in Henley and splurging on delicious patisserie - we shared a chocolate eclair straight away ..... mmmmmyummmmmm ....... and the Concerto was multipleorgasmonaplate!
