make 30 photos - 1

making a bit of progress with the Making 30 pictures challenge - so far i have drawn a little on some earlier photos as well as selecting some shots taken since the start of the course

so far all are on fully automatic settings, but with minimal editing, usually cropping and some adjustment to light - if the point is to actually make the photos good by taking good shots then i feel it's right to stick to material which has only had minor digital adjustments

looking at these shots after only 2 lessons i can already identify where i could have done better by adjusting apperture or exposure - the shadows shot was much whiter in reality, so it has been dulled  down by the auto exposure setting

the learning extends way beyond the course material in AYMC - along the way i have just learned how to alter the autofocus settings and use the onscreen controls for that - also i've got a new tablet recently and found some new free picture editing software - so i am getting used to using that - it's good having it all on one device again  - but i did these collages on a different app, i'm not over keen on the results yet, but it might get better with practise
